"Visited for Spring Break with my son this pass weekend. We had a blast...the check in process was smooth and the bracelets to get into rooms were pretty cool. The room was clean and wondeful didnt like the adjoining rooms though. Our neighbors were noist but ither than that loved the arcade, restaurants, and nearby Pier Rides were convenient. We rarely seeded to leave. The reason no full 5 stars is the coffee shop clerks were rude and not warm. The breakfast items were nasty. Also i feel there should be a Paradise Pier discount for guests. That sucked a bit but other than that...my son enjoyed it. We loved the pool and cafe staff were great! Would come back!"

"We reserved a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke. There were cigarette buds outside the room. I informed the front desk that I booked a non smoking room and she stated the cigarette buds were outside so it shouldn’t have been an issue. "
