"Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. "

Cold water on third floor even on second day after electricity went off, hoping that after 48 hours that would not be, but could have off set the settings. Breakfast is good.
