Localização boa e hotel confortável, ótimo café da manhã apenas uma observação sobre deixardm apenas 1 toalha de rosto para 2 pessoas e também não oferecer touca de banho, um hotel que se classifica como o melhor de Patos de Minas é uma vergonha... Até os mais simples oferecem toalhas de sobra e toucas para banho!

O ar condicionado tinha de ficar na menor temperatura e a ventilação na mais alta, o que causa bastante barulho. A pia vazava na parte de baixo, no quarto tem água na geladeira, mas nao tem copos e a água fica quente, pois a mesma fica desligada, liga quando estamos no quarto e desliga quando tiramos o cartão, ao sair do quarto.

Confortável e agradável.

O hotel é lindo, recepção estilosa e bem decorada. O quarto (standard king) foi bem espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã incluso tem ótima variedade e qualidade. O atendimento em geral é bom, senti falta só de um acolhimento maior na hora do check-in, não foi nos passado informações como horário e local do café, serviços do hotel, etc. No quarto, senti falta de uma TV mais moderna e com mais opções de conteúdo, e de itens de frigobar, que não foram disponibilizados nem no quarto nem no hotel. O hotel não tem academia, piscina, ou bar. Há um restaurante, porém não consumi.
