"The staff here was exceptional! Very attentive and friendly. We were greeted as we exited our car and given help with our luggage. We were a bit early so they held our bags for the short wait, and we waited in the very comfortable pool area. There were many sun beds and service was available. Our bags were already in our room by the time we went up. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The lobby has many areas for relaxing. Chris brought us drinks and she was very informative and helpful."

"Great property. Staff were mostly wonderful. The receptionist at the spa was amazing and helpful. The only problem came from a guy who literally chewed me out for getting my own towels. Told us the pool (upper pool by the Japanese restaurant)didn’t open till 11am though there were no signs and the doors were wide open. Just plain wierd. Everything else was good although there are no restaurants or anything to do within walking distance."
