“Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night.”

“Let's be realistic. This is a mid--grade, affordable, hotel. Travelers staying one night and workers on assignment who may be there for an extended stay. Lighting in the room leaves something to be desired and may be a bit worn, but works. Bed and pillows pretty comfortable and the bathroom is simple, but up to date and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Don't stay here for the breakfast, but it's ok and the server is also accommodating. Daily happy hour is a nice perk after a day...

“Pro 1.Front staffs were super really friendly. 2. Nice and quiet place 3. Great location 4. Quick check in Con 1 . Hot water didnt come out in my room so changed the room . In a new room 1st time water was warm in shower and then a couple hours later i attempted to take a shower as 2nd time and the water got cold again. ”
