“Good location and quiet. Walkable for Carmel center. Easy check in. But in need of renovation and updating especially outside and new beds.”

“When I first booked they said they had a pool. That’s why I booked it. Then when I got there there was no pool. I guess they drained it. Then you have to use a phone to call them to the help desk to even check in… how annoying!!! No personal connection.. No nothing but I guess that’s what you get for $100. But umm the property was okay… I just don’t think I will ever be back!”

“Our room bathroom toilet was not properly functional. But the Manager came and assist us with a solution to move to another room. However we decline but he was there to help. Thank you again this was our second time here. And in the future if we have more work in Monterey we'll be staying here for sure👍”
