We had a terrible experience at this villa. we had booked a 3 night stay, and left in less than 12h of being there. it was heavy rain when we visited, and there were snails alllll over the villa. we booked a 2 bedroom villa. only the rooms are "inside." the pool, living area, kitchen etc have an outside feel. there's no wall/door/divider that keeps outside insects/bugs etc from coming in your living area. we saw 15 snails around/in our villa, and a few in the bathroom--climbing inside the tub, in the toilet paper roll, on the side of the toilet. it was disgusting and we had to leave ASAP. these villas look nice and have potential. you might enjoy your stay there, but just be aware of what you'll be walking into. half of the villa is "outside."

This Villa was outstanding. Absolutely loved our stay and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. We ate our meals at the Villa at our room, the staff came to set up then clean up after we were done. It’s quiet and a walk away from Diamond Beach which is what we wanted.

Great property especially if you book a villa with a private pool! Staff and service were friendly and top notch. Simply use the phone from your villa to call and order anything you would like and it gets delivered to the villa. They provide a variety of services such as transport and promos around the area.

This was our worst "hotel" in Bali

This was our worst "hotel" in Bali for a lot of money. We got the room here for almost the same money as in the Hilton, you can compare the quality and the possibilities. We spent 2 hours here in total, then went to another hotel. They offered us another room, but we didn't take it, as we had already read other people's opinions and didn't want to ruin our whole vacation with compromises. Please check the reviews before you book this hotel! When we entered our room, we saw that the cleanliness and condition of the room was far from good. The floors were dirty, and there were noticeable stains on the furniture and bedding. The hotel is in a very bad condition, the pictures could have been taken when it was built, it is not nearly like this now. The star rating should be reviewed by the accommodation agencies and not to deceive people. In the bathroom, water dripped from the faucet continuously, the private pool can be accessed by climbing through the window, which is not safe if you are wet. The air conditioner didn't work and since there are windows all around and the room, it was very hot, they tried to fix it, but without success. The hotel's location is very bad, it is in the middle of no-where far away from the main attractions. When we declared that we were leaving the hotel, they told us that there would have been a shuttle bus, but they didn't say that at all when we arrived, so we think it's just for decoration. We didn't get any refund.

Très bonne expérience en général. Le gros point négatif est la localisation. Il n'y a pas d'éclairage dans la route et plein de chiens. Impossible de marcher jusqu'au la route principale après le coucher du soleil.

NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL

Dirty, run down villa. FALSE advertising from hotels.com as the hotel is in actual fact a 4 STAR hotel. The room looks NOTHING like advertised. The towels are filthy, the pool is disgusting and covered in algae, the bathroom has algae in the shower, no face towels were provided in the entire stay, no cutlery is provided in the kitchenette. Spend your money elsewhere, have requested a refund from hotels.com as our nye was ruined.

Thought the cleanliness and housekeeping can be improved. Duvet and bedsheets have stains on them. Only provided 1 toothbrush when it’s clearly room for 2. Room pool was breathtaking. However could work on its sound proofing in the suite. Can hear loud music blasting from the restaurant at L1 as the suite 2 storey above. Expected more from this as it was priced higher than the one bedroom villas after all.
