“Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Belladonna. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et joliment décoré. La chambre est spacieuse et le couchage très confortable. La vue sur l'etna est magnifique, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la région de Catane. Le parking est un plus. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, il y avait de tout à volonté. Le petit plus est la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant sur place qui est excellent ! A refaire sans hésiter. ”

“Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable and offered complementary snacks and soft drinks. Parking was an issue as I had to park offsite but it was probably only about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the hotel. It’s only an issue because I had two rolling suitcases. Other than that, it was perfect and I would stay there again. You are in the heart of the city.”

“전체적으로 인터렉션이 좋지 않은 인상을 받은 숙소 입니다. 나쁘지는 않지만 불편한 부분들이 꽤 있어요. 와이파이는 유럽인 것을 감안해도 최악인 수준 이었습니다. 다운로드 2-15 메가 사이이고 업로드는 0.3-0.8 메가 입니다. 한국의 저렴함 와이파이의 1/10 정도를 생각 하시면 됩니다. 뜨거운 물도 잠깐씩이지만 두 번 나오지 않았구요 (6박 동안) 정전도 있었습니다. 그렇지만 직원들의 소통과 문제 해결 하려는 노력이 너무 좋았어요. 그 부분이 많은 불편함을 상쇄시켜주었습니다. ”
