"Pool, waterpark & activities were really good for the kids (aged 5 & 10). Breakfast & lunch was always nice but dinner was sometimes a bit hit & miss with not the best variety of food The Halloween themed dinner was a good surprise & clearly a lot of effort went into the decorations, food presentation & staff costumes etc - would happily recommend to anyone & return again if we came back to Benidorm Only slight negative I have would be the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times with quite long waits"

"Fantastic hotel! Ideally placed to walk to everything that you would want. Lots of places to eat, drink and entertainment. Hotel room, clean and spacious and the staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast which was varied and delicious. We also ate in the Cafe Paris on site, again friendly staff and great food. Finally we also went to Pepes!! Despite having difficulty in getting into the room via the hotel, we had a great night. Bar staff were super quick with drinks and a great atmosphere. Can't recommend the hotel enough!!"

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff and large rooms. Was on the first floor and loved the terrace with handy sunbeds. Breakfast had a good variety with a nice view of the marina. Only negative was it could be quite noisy with doors slamming and echoes along the corridor. Cafe next door was lovely."

"Room was clean, staff make me wait until last minute to give me the room booked(no were in Spain in a 4*hotel i waited until last minute to receive a room), breakfast good, spa didn't try. Close to the beach and harbour, walked 20 minutes to town centre."
