Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :)

I found the hotel clean staff were very attentive and always there to help especially at breakfast and dinner they were very hard working and to me it seemed that the clients where put first and were made to feel relaxed and happy

Just had a lovely 6 night break here at Port Fiesta Park have to say brilliant value for money, all inclusive you can't go wrong, perfect location 10min walk to the beach near the old town. Food was great loved it. Had a couple of nights out in the madness of the Benidorm strip area nice walk on the sea front and got a taxi back 8 euro Will definitely come back

Very nice clean room, check in was easy, great location, brekfast was nothing more than okay, that said it was included in the room price, bar staff were very nice and polite and the entertainment space was nice but the chairs were too low and uncomfortable, very nice hotel at a very reasonable cost, we would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our B & B stay, food good, plenty of choice, hotel was very busy, mainly cater for Spanish, but you are in Spain! So we liked it, was nice staying in the old town for a change, bed comfortable & clean, nice overlooking pool, would stay again.

Hotel was convenient for our weekend stay although a bit dated in some areas, clean and had decent facilities. Our budget room was too small for three people i.e. not enough space to move around really. Nice pool and bar area. Reception mainly helpful depending on who was on shift. Great buffet breakfast with various choices, although no English tea! I would consider staying there again.

Amazing

Amazing stay at the hotel we were bed and breakfast plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We have a lovely time here

Hotel was amazing food delicious great pool area clean modern rooms bit noisy outside of the hotel due to a main road and local gavering of kids etc but can’t fault the hotel at all

It was a lovely stay for a couple of nights , beware there are lots of OAPs at this hotel on a cheap all inclusive, although they were friendly enough. Funny smell in the hallway but other than that very clean . Decent breakfast as well, overall happy with the place as it was only cheap.
