Our stay was amazing and perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally diverse and offering a wide array of options that catered to all tastes and preferences.
However, dining within the hotel during the evening was somewhat of a letdown. It appears that during the high season, the hotel reduces its staff, which is not a wise decision if they aim to encourage guests to dine on-site. This staffing issue led to slower service, wrong order and a less enjoyable dining experience overall.
The noise from the hallway could be heard within our room, which occasionally disrupted rest we were hoping for. The bed was quite firm/old, and the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep.
Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even more exceptional stay for its guests.
