"The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and the rooms had everything a guest would want. The bathroom was small, vut very well designed, and had everything. shower, sink, all very rationally organized so cone could use everything conveniently. The hotel also has its restaurant, which has very good food indeed, with very ample portions. The staff was extremely helpful, and, when they heard I was getting up before their regular breakfast began, they gave me a little breakfast box for the airport, which I thought was a very considerte touch."

"Near MXP Milan this hotel had timely free shuttle service to and from the airport and got us to our 630am morning flight check-in with no worries. We had dinner at their excellent restaurant and they provided a to go breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. All in all, super convenient, helpful staff and drivers and good amenities."

"We had the best stay at Hotel La Palma. We were impressed by the friendly, helpful staff— from the front desk, to restaurant staff, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping. As for the property, it is modernly designed, yet warm and aesthetically pleasing. It has a gym and spa, a restaurant and a rooftop bar. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was creative and delicious! The hotel faces the glorious Lake Maggiore and the beautifully manicured front exterior has seating areas for guests to indulge in the stunning water views. Our room was perfect— very clean, contemporary in design, and plenty of room for a couple. While the bathroom was compact, it had up-to-date amenities and our towels were refreshed daily. Breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of offerings and caffeine drinks made exactly to one’s liking. All in all Hotel La Palma exceeded our expectations for our visit to Stresa."

"Good value for money, free parking is great, location is good if you have a car. Hotel room was as expected, the cost of breakfast and use of Spa facilities is extra and a little bit on the expensive side (which is why we did not make use of this). The sound proofing in the rooms is not great, you can hear the noise from the corridor everytime a door is shut or people walk past the room. Beds were comfortable and the room was well maintained. Overall would recommend the hotel based on the location and price point."
