It is not true. Our housekeeping everyday make up room unless you hang do not disturb sign.

thank you . We will check on the water heater. As for the cold breakfast that you mentioned , the food are placed on a functioning electric hot warmer and if it is cold there is a micro wave for use to keep the food hot. There is a toaster to toast the bread. roti canai and curry chicken ion the warmer. Even the roti canai on the warmer was heated until it turn to crust.

Sorry for the inconvenience as you mentioned. You have slept the night and had your breakfast and you enjoy the stay until almost time to check out and requested for a refund due to one ceiling blinking lights not working. If you are not satisfied you should have asked for a refund immediately instead of the next day demanding a refund or a bad review. We obliged all the time for fear of bad review but it keeps happening and we feel it is time to stop opportunist. Our housekeeping came and disconnect the blinking bulbs but all the other lights are functioning. The hot shower, the lights,the air conditioning are all functioning.

Thank you for staying here very much appreciated. Our place are like by many muslim and finding food to them is not an issue. Just a few minutes walk to muslim food or nasi kandar food.Many times i find the guest are too shy to approach the staff for assistance and they blame the staff for whatever reasons.
