Bad service
Hotel management had lack of communication. They were agreed on checking out at 12am at the check in but on the check out day, they kicked me out at 11am.

Sorry, for the mix up.I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We never kick anyone out under those circumstances. The only reason we monitor the late check outs is so that we have enough time to get the rooms clean by the next check in time. Thanks for staying with us.

Check in was 3pm. The room was not ready, but I didn't have to wait too long. Checkout - had sugn at desk saying they would be right back. Waited 10 minutes then left. Nobody showed up to check me out. Threw key on desk and left.

This property is conveniently located to Corry Station and many food options…it is reasonably priced and comfortable…rooms smelled a little stale, but I think the carpets just need to be cleaned. Staff are so kind and friendly…we enjoyed our time there.

The side door was broken..so had to to in through the main lobby to get to the room. Staff didnt seem to concerned about it. The tile in the tub had mildew in the grout. Beds were really comfortable and the room were spacious. Nice free breakfast set up.

Foul smell, genuinely looked around for dead animals after the first night, it was disgusting, the outside pool was unclean and then indoor pool was too cold to use.

Seemed like all room doors were very hard to open and close, areas of the hotel were dirty and parts in elevator broken. reakfast was ok. But over all a little over priced for conditions but the bed was comfortable.

Poor customer service. The hotel is very old and dated. Door was damaged and was hard to open. Curtain was broken, stains on the floor bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

First off , theres roaches in this Unit!!! Clean service came ,took the dirty towels , and did not leave any replacements . Thankfully we had purchased our own prior to checking in. Key cards didnt work correctly, had to visit front desk 3 times to get them fixed . Halls smell like raid ,all day . Being woken at 3 am by police knocking on neighbors door .Definitely no!

Erika at the front desk was very helpful. We were able to sleep very well, the beds are soft and pillows are fluffy. Clean room and facilities. We did encounter a couple of very small roaches but killed them. It’s an old building, but well maintained, corridors are wide, sound proofing not bad, needs new carpeting and needs to be fumigated well.

The breakfast, dining and lobby area were always nice and clean. My room was good for the price and close to the Naval Air Station (visiting family) the outdoor area could use a little updating and the area isn’t the best around it but you can drive 30 mins to Pensacola beach, the mall, parks or nice restaurants.

Not what ya expect for the price.
Had to ask for a shower curtain, there was a used bar of soap in the shower and only one wash cloth. Tub was dirty and floors needed to be vacuumed. Front desk employee was very nice.

Never staying here ever again.
The front desk ladies were not familiar with the area at all. When we asked for directions to nearby restaurants and the Navy base, the response was that she didn’t know because she is not from there. Guests also had to wait in line at the waffle makers for the employees to make their breakfast first. The bathroom was dirty and I wiped it down to make sure my family didn’t accidentally touch something disgusting. The door to our room had a two inch gap between the door and the floor. Light from the hallway shined through it all night. The double doors going into our building from the parking lot were never locked. Anyone could have walked in at any time.

Run don’t walk!!!
From checkin to checkout was awful. Starting with the front desk being rude and saying the f__ck word because she had a headache to the breakfast attendant monitoring her tip bucket to saying how horrible people were for leaving something on the table. Customer service was horrendous!!! The room had urine and fecal matter all over the bathroom wall and the phone didn’t work. Plus the room wreaked of mold and stench. Never again!! Lesson learned!
