“Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.”

“not expecting a great deal for the price and got exactly that. Shower warm but hot tap not working. Tea bags, milk and sugar, great. No mug. Stronger curtains would be useful. Not a place for long stays for me im afraid.”

“Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic. There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people. I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.”

“The place was clean, close enough for all the attractions, I only booked for me so I didn’t need a huge room so I just got a single, plenty of space for me. I wish they had a fridge in the room but that was no biggie for me, WiFi was perfect enough for me to run my computer and phone and didn’t lag out, I would definitely recommend this place”

“Ideal location for the centre of Blackpool. Stayed in the Family room which was lovely and spacious especially since we had brought our dog with us . Very comfortable king sized bed! Nice also to have a fridge in the bedroom. Dot the lady who manages the property was lovely & extremely welcoming. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. Very good value for money but the carpets (especially those in the bedroom ) need either replacing or a very good clean. Parking was available...

“We found this hotel at short notice having left a previous B&B due to terrible condition, bad smell and attitude of the owners when we complained. The contrast with Art B&B was amazing. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Excellent place and good value”
