“The Hotel was in a great location, super clean, had great amenities and was beautiful. The staff - especially Nadia, Niko and Ivan were so helpful and welcoming. They helped me so much on city information and they went above and beyond when I accidentally left a personal item at the hotel - they worked very hard to keep it safe and to get it back to me. I have never seen the like in all my travels. Strongly recommend!!”

“This property is a gem. The staff is very responsive and friendly. We got in late and needed another blanket and pillow. They were able to give us a code to get into a locker to get more. Amazing!!!! We also had a late flight out and we were able to checkout and leave our luggage in lockers until we were ready to leave. Subway was about a quarter mile away.
