Well-kept property with nicely sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice showers. Cons: very dlow staff to prepare omelets in the morning. Close to downtown, though the area can feel a bit sketchy at night.

Room was clean, good location, safe neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, when the food is gone they don’t replenish it, if you go around 9:15 - 9:30 you don’t find many items and the became a basic breakfast.

Location was really good. I did have several issues with my room lock and had to go down several times to reception to have them fix my key card. What I really did not like is that when I book on Expedia y says all taxes and fees are included when I book. This hotel charges you for IVA or sales tax additional when you arrive. That I did not like at all

I’ve been here twice, and it has become my home in Colombia. The staff are so friendly, always welcoming, and eager to help. My two experiences here have been fantastic. The food is excellent, and the cleaning every day was exceptional. I honestly feel like the security at the front door is very protective and welcoming. I love this hotel. I travel for work often to Colombia, and I choose Movich every time.

It’s a beautiful property with everything in it. Pool is heated, hot tub, bar, room service, coffee bar. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the buffet breakfast was awesome.

The first day we got there they charged us extra for an extra guest, even though its alway 2 people per room and I assumed its 2 people included. Then, the hot water was out for an hour. The room did not feel 5 star at all, the ceiling had water stains we were in room 924. The buffet was decent, no complaints and the cleaning staff were prompt and polite. The bathroom had very little shower pressure and I prefer the shower with the additional handle which i felt was missing. The toilet had no pressure also, it barely flushed and luckly i brought whipes from the states to use. Now for some TMI, the sink is outside the toilet which was with the shower, the door closed off the shower and sink has no sliding door to close it, so if i needed to wet my toilet paper it would not be good for my guest that was with me. So i just didn’t like the design, not great for feeling clean. I did shower often and the hot water would go in and out. So I'd have to keep adjusting the shower. Finally on New Years day everything was cloased so we decided to eat in the dining room of the hotel, instead of having more staff and meeting the high demand, we waited 2 hours for barely mediocre food. Grilled chicken dish and a phily cheese steak. If it came in 20 to 30 mins I'd be fine with it. So that was the worst part of my trip. Overall it was 4 stars at best for the hotel and 2 stars for the overall experience. Thank god i dont have to stay there ever again. The only positive was the hotel location.
