"The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. "Arrived quite late but no problem for owner who waited patiently for us. Apartment was absolutely fantastic with water, wine and snacks. Bed was comfortable and shower was top notch. The attractions of Corfu Town are a fair walk away but the owner did offer to drive us in for something to eat but we wanted to get settled after the journey. I recommend these apartments if staying in Corfu Town."

Communication was clear and Ioanna was really helpful. The only downside was the lack of natural light, as the apartment is positioned in one of the small streets. "While Gouvia is not much to write home about, this hotel and some excellent restaurants in town gave us a great experience. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer to their guests. It looks like it has been recently renovated extensively. We have found five swimming pools but wouldn't be surprised if there are more. Our room was very spacious and clean. Sheets and towels are changed every day. "The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited."

"The staff working there were so lovely and friendly, and really helpful. The apartment was great- clean, bright and spacious. Two great pools. Only a ten minute taxi to the old town. The main road near the hotel is sort of chaotic as a pedestrian but definitely avoidable during your stay. Would hugely recommend this lovely stay! "
