They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.โ
โThe property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc.
We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect.
The nature and spice garden were truly amazing.

โThis is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

โA good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. โ
โReally nice place. Friendly staff! Kumily is great for exploring Periyar. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the entry point into Periyar national park.
Clean and spacious room. No hot water in the shower head. However, there was a tap with hot water in knee-height and a plastic bucket. So it was possible to get a hot shower using that.
