"This hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide. a lot of noise at night. Will never be quiet. The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix...

"One entrance for many room dealers, red house vip is one of them. Poor communication except a very helpful boy. The room had cables pilling out of the walls, holes on the roof where drops of water come out. Air conditioning was not working and the bed and pillow was full of BED BUGS. I left running.
