Mauvaise isolation sonore avec le couloir et les chambres voisines. Visiblement les serrures de porte d'entrée ont été remplacés, et les nouvelles laisse un espace laissant passer les bruits et la visibilité entre la chambre et le couloir. Je suppose que le plancher des chambres supérieure est en bois, car j'ai entendu chaque déplacement de mon voisin du dessus mon voisin du dessus. J'étais au rez-de-chaussée, la seule fenêtre de chambre est dans la salle de bain, elle donne directement sur le WC et la douche, cette fenêtre n'a pas de volets ni de rideaux occultant !
