"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coral Strand Hotel, the location and beach were excellent. The Asian restaurant food was great as were all the staff. We have to mention the standout staff member Shihan (guest services) who went well beyond his remit when we encountered a problem with our first room and subsequently a cancelled fight with the need for extra night’s stay. His professionalism, knowledge, understanding and efficiency made it all worry free – Thankyou. Superb hotel, beach, location and staff."

"The setting of the hotel is wonderful with easy access to the beach. Our room was wonderful with excellent housekeeping service, the room was in pristine condition every day and we were well looked after. The meals, the choice, quality and range were outstanding with excellent service. All staff were helpful and went out of their way to help us and attend to our needs, they were friendly and professional and made me special vegetarian meals. The atmosphere and ambience were perfect. The front of house staff were also brilliant. A wonderful hotel, a wonderful stay with wonderful service. Highly recommend."

"The location, facilities, pool, and restaurants on site were outstanding. I want to highlight the great work and help by the Gecko Bar staff especially Praveena and his colleagues. The housekeeping crew especially Samri were great and really made the trip enjoyable. The pool was fantastic. The pool staff was always helpful and professional. The Beau Vallon beach is the best for swimming, sunbathing and sunsets. Truly a great experience, I recommend the property. Again Thanks Praveena at the Gecko Bar."

"The staff were very welcoming. The pool was clean and comfy loungers around the edge. The food is EXPENSIVE! The best value for money is happy hour menu 6-7pm at the pool bar. The bus tour to Victoria is also very reasonable. (Water & guide provided). Rooms comfy & great A/C. Beautiful beach right across the street."

"The definition of Paradise We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is warm and friendly, the location is secluded and peaceful, and the beach is gorgeous, where in April, we were pretty much the only people around. We had planned to go into town on one of our two days, but the beauty and peace of the place convinced us to stay put to enjoy the wonderful location. We had all our meals at the hotel and they were reasonably priced and tasty. I hope to return someday."
