Hi Dean. All our apartments have free parking. Can be a tight squeeze for big modern vehicles but it was built to standard in the day. We have overflow parking out the front of the Resort as well. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Please be encouraged to contact us with more feedback so we can identify more specifically what disappointed you.

Golly that's a great score given your comments. We will investigate why the beds were coming apart. They should be attached and that should not happen. We supply small quantities of shampoo, conditioner and soap. These are the only products that consumers want or use as most people bring their own. We just don't want to waste money which just drives the cost of accommodation up and it's important for us to make good decisions for the environment.

Hi Rob. You were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom due to maintenance. All the 1 bedroom apartments have a balcony and most of the 2 bedrooms. I believe you requested to be moved back to a 1 bedroom and our amazing staff obliged. I believe we acted quickly and apologised at the time for the inconvenience and we will now apologise publicly as well. All the best.

Thank you for your feedback Simone. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your constructive feedback. There were no noise complaints that evening that we were aware of and we walk the grounds in the evening to ask guests to depart the pool and spa. The rooms are stocked as standard for the size of the apartment, maximum numbers and based on a self contained holiday apartment. Maybe next time if you stay come and see us in Reception and we'll be happy to give you some extra cutlery and crockery that can be returned on your departure.

Thank you for your feedback Sheree. The parking is a bit tight but mostly we work well with what we have. The complex was built 20 years ago and so standards have changed in that time. We do have overflow parking out the front for the bigger vehicles and our staff will help you out as much as possible if you drop in and chat to them in the C Mandurah reception. We will investigate the stove. That has not been reported previously. I am glad we were able to fix the hand rail speedily for you. With a lot of traffic over a busy summer season there is wear and tear to the apartments but we work really hard to fix these minor problems as they arise. The crab cooker is a must for Mandurah's crabbing season. We hope you'll return and thank you for such an amazing review rating. :)

Hello Filiz. We're disappointed that you gave our business a 1 star review for the behaviour of another guest or resident in the Complex. I hope your room was satisfactory and don't forget our receptionist was very welcoming and also allowed you to store all your bags in our reception before you check into another property that isn't managed by us in the complex.

I'm perplexed to read this review after you admitted you didn't read the description properly and after we offered you alternative accommodation. You declined, stayed and still complained.
