“The hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and at breakfast time they operated like a well oiled machine. Not a table was ignored on the way to the kitchen, used dishes cleared or a chair straightened all with a smile both between customers and co-workers. I loved the way one of the staff dealt with a "lady" who thought it OK to take a chair from another table to sit her dog on. She was discreetly shown where people with dogs should sit, then the chair and table were wiped...

“We had a wonderful stay at Murrayshall. This was our second visit, having stayed around 18 months ago in the wintertime. It was nice to see the hotel at a different time of year, but the rooms, staff and excellent dinner in Eilos remained the same. A very good stay. The only thing that could have been better was breakfast - it seemed a little disorganised. ”
