호텔 안에만 머물러서 지리적 이점은 모르겠고, 침대가 크고 편해서 좋았습니다. 근데 오래돼서 그런지 방음은 좀 약한 편이구요 tv 리모콘 잘 안 먹어요. 무엇보다 욕조 청결도가 매우 별로였네요. 가격대비는 괜찮지만 청결은 더 신경쓰셔야 할 듯 해요

연식은 좀 됐지만 조용하고 편안한 곳
도심에서 조금 떨어져 있다는 점이 단점이라면 단점이지만 그래서인지 더 조용해서 편하게 묵었습니다.

주차비가 비싸지만 시설이 청결하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 다시 퍼스에 온다면 또 이용하고 싶음.

꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 너무 좋은 호텔~~
호텔 덕분에 행복한 여행이 되었습니다. 직원들은 너무나 친절하였고 숙박의 편안함을 위하여 작은 것까지 세세하게 배려해주는 호텔이었습니다. 맛있는 아침식사와 커피 또한 예술이었습니다. 뿐만아니라 호텔 방의 뷰도 훌룡하였고 트기나 청결함 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 스완강의 경치가 최고로 훌륭하였고 위치도 너무 복잡하지 않으며 교통도 좋았습니다. 다시 퍼스에 온다면 반드시 다시 머물것입니다.

위치 좋구 아침 식사 좋아요
대부분의 직원이 친절했어요 전반적으로 낡은 분위기 위지만 편안한 느낌은 있어요 위치는 좋았구요. 생수 한병밖에 주질 않아 그건 좀 아쉽네요.

Very nice hotel in a pleasant and convenient location. Rooms are comfortable, the foyer bar/cafe is elegant, the pool is great and the room service, security/maintenance and bar staff were all courteous and helpful.

Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. After staying in motels and holidays parks for two weeks, it was lovely to have room service and clean towels every day. Hotel is in a good location, with a nice walk along the park to the pier. Lovely bar in the foyer.

All as above really good position the Breakfast was awesome, the only thing we didn’t like was the room we were in 501 backed on to the lift shaft and we could hear the lift.

The property was under construction and the work began at 0700 every morning right under our room. Front desk staff need to be more knowledgeable of the areas amenities i.e. buses, laundry mat and local restaurants

I’ve enjoyed my stay but I don’t consider this hotel to be a 4 star. The amenities in the room was average not updated. The breakfast I items were cold. Best time to grab the food is when it’s just served. Either way it’s sitting there with n burners under them. While I was there, the internet wasn’t working. Kept saying no connection. The staff were great. There’s an express check out which was great to avoid long lines.

We took our youngest (7yo) over to Perth to the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE. It was also mine and my youngest’s first time in Perth but not my partners. Booked the Hyatt around December. Could not fault anything from the Hyatt or Perth. Loved every minute. Hyatt was amazing and in particular, the pool and pool bar (7yo spent a lot of time in the pool…..). Would highly recommend the Hyatt 5/5 from me.

Schönes Hotel! Empfehlung.
Der Blick auf den Fluss ist wunderbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad bräuchte mal eine Erneuerung. Pool war schön, auch wenn es dort wegen der Baustelle teils recht laut war. Anbindung zu Innenstadt durch den kostenlosen Bus ist optimal. Man darf keinen Rückschluss vom Anblick des Gebäudes auf die inneren Werte ziehen. Innen ist es deutlich schöner!!!

Staff were very helpful at Check In and in the Cafe where we had dinner. We noticed there were several staff working in the Cafe/Bar areas who had a disability which was very pleasing to see. We managed to find a spot in the Car Park which was fortunate but only after we had tried other spaces which when we got out of the car realised were either Reserved for Valet Parking or Electric Cars. Car Park is difficult to manoeuvre around in a large 4 WD. The bathroom room floor had long black hair left on it. Surprised there was no dual flush on the toilet and when the flush was pressed water kept on flowing into the toilet bowl until pressed again - very annoying when getting up during the night. The plinth/kickboard underneath the Vanity in front of the toilet was very much in need of repair, probably from water damage. Disappointed the shower was actually in the bath and we didn't remember this being stated when we booked. Being short and have back/hip problems it made getting into the bath very awkward. The bottom of the bath was stained, maybe from non slip mats being used in the past. There was no non slip mat which was a concern.The partial shower screen around the bath allowed water to go underneath and onto the floor which made things I had left on the floor wet and the floor slippery. The details for the room stated there was a Mini Bar but it was emplty, other than a carton of milk. There was a QR Code to find the price of Mini Bar items but that was of no use.

Since I was staying with my child, I had arranged for a bed guard and crib and was told that I could not put him in a twin room. For reasons unknown, we managed to get around this by putting the bed against the wall. It is hard to be eco-friendly and have minimal amenities. No slippers, gowns, or toothbrushes. The bathtub was old and slippery, and my child slipped and hurt herself. They brought a non-slip mat, but since we told them in advance that we would be staying with our child, they should have taken this into consideration beforehand.

Overall the Hyatt property was great place to stay. But we have a mix up with the accommodation side. We Booked a room for 3 guests in total on line. On arrival we were provided us with 2x Single Beds. We ended up paying for an another room with 2 Double beds.. I'm not sure what happened whilst booking on Line.. Any way the staff were very helpful at the Hyatt And made us feel very comfortable..

It is located in the perfect area for me to stay, easy to get to the city, also easy to get out of the city if needed. The room is clean, tidy and spacious. The only drawback is there is no enough parking.
