Overall good, only one elevator for the entire property though so can be slow. Room okay.

The service from the majority of the staff was excellent. They were cheerful and friendly. Unfortunately we had a reasonable wait time for some aspects of our breakfast and evening meal. It was like we were forgotten, but speaking to a more senior person we received sincere apologies. The shower in our room was atrocious. More like one stream of water than a shower, and I found the toilet had continued to run throughout the night. So not so eco friendly. At check-out we had a reasonable wait, along with a few other people waiting to check out. One lady eventually went off to look for somebody who could help all of us. There was a wedding taking place outside our room one night, and although it was noisy, it finished at a reasonable hour.

I loved that the driver Mark in the courtesy van knew so much about getting more than Freo, more so than the staff on the desk . We found out alot from him towards the end of our stay and would have been good if we found out earlier

The rooms have improved a lot since our last stay (2016) and we liked the new decor. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The location near the river and George St East Fremantle is amazing and we caught the bus into Fremantle twice. We loved the pool and the view of the river from the rooftop. The staff were very helpful and patient with us.

Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable mattress and pillows. Upon arrival just after 2pm room was not ready and waited for 30mins to get checked into our room.

Lovely venue and great service
Lovely clean hotel room. Beautiful venue. Only a few things to mention - pillows are large and was too firm for both me and my partner and our friend who was in a different room - blockage in sink, someone’s trimmed their beard and the water came back up in the sink with hair in it - light through side of curtain and under the door - we could hear kids/ people early in the morning We would stay again if we had more than 1 night and would ask for other pillows and a room at the end

Motel definitely not a hotel!
They had their house keeping start at 5.30am so I was woken every morning at 5.30am with sweeping outside my door. I didn’t realise that if you book eco green stay that it means no room servicing so for 4 nights my room never got cleaned, fresh towels etc which needs to be far clearer on any booking site. The rooms are nice and modern and bed was very comfy which is great however I would call this place a modern motel definitely not a hotel! Staff were helpful when needed but overall I didn’t rate the stay, won’t be booking here again.

Great location for us. The facilities at the property were good. Ventilation in rooms was not so great however a window that opens did help.
