“Llegábamos a Cusco a las 6 am por lo que pagamos la noche anterior para llegar y tener la habitación lista, les puse un msj indicando esto y me contestaron que extendido y el vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a la 1 pm todavía más tarde y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos que esperar. No nos pareció para nada si hubiera llegado 6 am hubiese sido peor.”

“Absolutely horrible! I booked this hotel in a package deal with my flight I even have my receipt and when I went to check in they told me I didn't pay and I owed them $400 which is more than I already paid and the people in the lobby had the same issue with there booking. Do not use this hotel they are a scam and will steal your money. I am currently still waiting on my refund from my insurance that thankfully I had but still had to find another hotel which was cheaper.”

“This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. With each step we took, we were afraid our feet would break through the floor, it was incredibly squeaky and uneven. The outlets were inconveniently located.
