The staff were extremely helpful and very kind, we had an excellent stay thanks to them. Also got to meet many other travellers while there. We booked a private room for a couple and it was reasonably priced:)

The staff were friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Privacy curtains for the bunk beds would be nice. Be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. The bathroom needed hand soap

The Cleaning Lady was very rude.She didn't want to change the 2 small bed sheets. She said the last clients didn't use it. I think was disgusting .she change the bed sheet.The pillows and bed sheets had black hair. The Cleaning Lady used very weir product i can't breathe. The Receptionist and I had to Finnish cleaning the floor.
