I loved this property and would highly recommend. The room was very comfortable and clean, the grounds beautiful and serene and staff were friendly and kind. The location was very convenient to many places - Perugia, Assisi and many other cute towns in Umbria. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Excellent stay near Perugia

Wonderful stay next to Perugia, in a very quiet area. The property is extremely well maintained and re-designed, and the hosts can be really proud of their result. The hosts are very kind and helpful, offered help when we needed. The room was the most comfortable stay in our vacation. The property is pristine, very safe, with lots of options to relax in tranquility. The breakfast was plenty and fresh. The host's mother is an excellent cook, and the freshly made pies are mouthwatering. Nice restaurants in the proximity. Grocery store across the street.

La colazione è ottima, la camera (suite il bacio) favolosa, spaziosa e pulitissima. La posizione consente di raggiungere Assisi in 15 minuti e anche altre località come Spello e Perugia in pochissimo tempo. Il giardino è curato, la piscina a idromassaggio è il pezzo forte. Una fuga di relax adatta per disintossicarsi dalla vita quotidiana.

La struttura è molto recente e si vede: le stanze sono moderne, molto carine e ben disposte. Il complesso ospita una jacuzzi sempre accessibile, il che vi permetterà di rilassarvi dopo una bella giornata in giro per l'Umbria. La posizione è ottima: a un'ora di distanza ci sono molti paesini da visitare ed è a due passi da Perugia. Fin qui, tutto ok, se non fosse per alcune sbavature che forse non valgono il prezzo del biglietto. La struttura è una "boutique", quindi non si classifica né come Albergo, né come B&B e questo crea forse un po' di confusione e ambiguità sul servizio che si sta pagando.

Neues, sehr geschmackvolles und ruhiges B und B außerhalb von Perugia. Die Zimmer verfügen über bequeme und große Betten sowie ein schönes Bad. Das Frühstück war lecker mit Wurst und Käse sowie verschiedenen selbstgebackenen Kuchen bestückt und daher für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Federico(Architekt) und seine Frau haben hier ein kleines Juwel geschaffen, in das wir sicher wieder zurück kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
