Loved it!
everything is perfect for renting whole hotel. We are the only guest for the night. Hotel was like castle and good for parking, warm and cozy. My 6month baby had good night also. Thank you very much for handsome grey hair manager looks like Hollywood star. Nice and welcoming us. Love to visit again!!

Bel établissement, bons repas, mais intérieur à remettre au goût du jour. Moquettes couloirs tachées, fuites dans les salles de mains voir même robinetterie HS. Nous avions une chambre exposée au bruit d’une ventilation extérieure donc vraiment pas au calme. Regret pour ce standing aussi est qu’il n’y ai aucun « plateau d’accueil » (thé, café ou eau). Et quand on fait part de ces désagréments, ça n’affecte pas le personnel. Dommage ça ne colle pas à la première impression d’arrivée.

Highly recommended! Beautiful grounds, beautiful colonial style building, great staff, free parking, free delicious breakfast, super friendly staff and very convenient location if you are driving. I loved it!

Site au calme, très beau bâtiment aménagé avec goût, chambre spacieuse sur jardin. Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Seul petit défaut : salle de bains un peu petite et douche sans flexible.

Le camere non corrispondono alle foto ed alle descrizioni relative al processo di acquisto. Aver speso in più per una camera "romantica da 24mq con bagno grande" non ha prodotto nulla di corrispondente, nemmeno con vive proteste all'atto del checkin.

Pas un vrai 4 étoiles, service à revoir
Tout aurait pour être parfait si : - Il y avait un vrai service au petit déjeuner, les serveurs s’empressent de débarrasser au lieu de recharger le buffet. Mais bonne nouvelle le buffet est bon est copieux à part les jus chimiques qui ont tous le même goût ! croissants très bons. - lors du check out la personne a l’accueil nous refacture le séjour déjà payé (attention a bien checker votre resa) - dîner à 32€ à fuir, c’est à la limite de l’arnaque car c’est un buffet !!! sans originalité, sans saveur et sans service. Manger en terrasse dans un joli cadre ne justifie pas un tel prix alors que nous avons diné à l’extérieur pour 25€ (Anti pasti, primi, secundi et dessert avec possecco et digestif). - chambre correcte mais pas extraordinaire pour un 4 étoiles. - si vous cherchez un hôtel calme ce n’est pas non plus le bon plan car c’est très familial avec beaucoup d’enfants …. Points positifs : - piscine - superbe parc - beau bâtiment

Espetacular
A decoração do lugar nos faz sentir em um conto de fadas, de tão romântica e impecável! A natureza ao entorno é belissima! Café da manhã muito saboroso e atendimento cordial e gentil. O Sr. Stefano é muito solicito e nos deu excelentes dicas para visitar Perugia. Recomendadissimo!

Luogo incantevole, molto bello l’ambiente, immerso nel verde; personale accogliente , disponibile e simpatico. Le stanze peccano un po’ per bagni datati e stanze molto semplici. Alla fine comunque consiglio sicuramente!!!!!

The hotel itself is nice. Location is spot on: close to all of the nice Umbrian towns and cities. However, the hotel is quite outdated. Old bathrooms, old mattresses, and all the walls need some paint. The breakfast is good, and has plenty of choice. The dinner, on the other hand, is quite expensive for the quality of the food.

A great base from which to relax by the pool in the morning and then go into Perugia for the jazz festival in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast not brilliant - croissants a bit chewy, and coffee and orange juice not great. More fresh fruit rather than tinned could have been better. Menu by the pool limited. Service very helpful everywhere and the recommendation as to where to park in Perugia very useful.

Lovely property
The property is lovely. We were only there for one night for a concert at the stadium. Worth the longer commute to Perugia center to stay in such a beautiful place. Clean, great service as well. Would definitely stay there again.

La location è molto bella e caratteristica na all'interno è un po' datata... insomma, necessiterebbe di un aggiornamento. Per il resto nessun problema, forse qualcosa sulla colazione perché non c'era latte di soia ma per tutto il resto nella norma

The property is driving distance to Assisi and Perugia. The gardens are amazing as are the hotel's public areas. The hotel needs some renovation but is otherwise warm and cosy.
