Great view, can hear the stadium just enough when there’s a match on to feel a sense of the community. Clean set up in style and hygiene. Communication was easy enough.

In Italy for 5 weeks and visited a total of 8 cities and this is one of the top two quality stays we had. Like everything about the room but could have used a couple towel "hooks" in the bathroom which I admit is a minor detail but the drying rack is mounted very high on the wall making it impossible for my 4'-11" wife to reach. Also the instructions to enter the building are rather poor and found upon arrival that we had to call management and have them tell things that were not explained in messages such as room 102 is found on the 3rd floor. We also never got the access code/Bluetooth access for the front door to ever work and used one of the buildings buttons to open the front door. Again. The unit was very nice and quiet. A easy walk to the beech and a VERY good restaurant immediately next door that we ate at twice, including our 29th Wedding Anniversary dinner and eating a steak option. Wait staff is very nice and perfectly attentive at the restaurant, do give it a try too.

Ottima esperienza, il titolare è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, tutto è andato assai bene. Il sistema di accesso domotizzato è molto comodo e funzionale. Quale ex titolare di due case vacanze a Roma circa 10 anni fa, non posso che complimentarmi con il collega!
