Esperienza sufficientemente positiva. Location molto bella ed attrezzata. Segnalo alcuni dettagli che hanno contribuito a rendere imperfetto il soggiorno: - arrivo alle ore 11.00, stanza non ancora disponibile; ci viene comunque concessa la possibilità di utilizzare altri spazi per cambiarsi e posare i bagagli; - intorno alle ore 18.00 prelevo le chiavi della camera, non trovando nella stessa i miei bagagli; i bagagli erano rimasti nel deposito e non sono stati portati in camera come invece annunciato in fase di check in. Ho provveduto personalmente a portarte i miei bagagli in camera; - camera adibita per 3 ma erano presenti asciugamani per solamente due persone; nemmeno dopo la chiamata alla reception e successivi due solleciti siamo riusciti ad ottenere gli asciugamani; - last but not least, avevamo pagato un supplemento per il terzo lettino che puntualmente dovevo provvedere a sistemare autonomamente sotto il mio ombrellone. Ci tengo a precisare che non si tratta di azioni dispendiose e che posso tranquillamente fare. Segnalo ciò solo per denotare che il servizio ricevuto non è sicuramente da considerare pentastellato.

Spiaggia e mare puliti e nel complesso struttura pulita e abbastanza curata. Ristorante usato solo per la colazione, piuttosto sporco, con personale in abbondanza ma poco efficiente, microonde fuori uso e tra le macchine del caffè quasi tutte le mattine almeno una era senza caffè già all'orario di apertura alle 7.30.Grande buffet di qualità discutibile, veramente invitante solo il tavolo con diversi tipi di pane fresco. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non soddisfacente.

Great potential partially wasted

The venue has great potential with plenty of green spaces, comfortable rooms, private beach, etc.. but the way it is managed and the services provided let it down. It's generally well maintained but somehow gives you that feeling that so much more could be done with such a location and resources. The rooms are confortable but the cleaning and maintenance could be improved. The toilet seat came off when I first touched it and it was never fixed during our 1 week stay. Lovely private beach, easy to reach, not crowded, clean, well maintained and, with it's fairly shallow waters, perfect for families with children. The SPA is clean and welcoming, it offers a variety of quality massages and treatments very reasonably priced but the staff deosn't speak a word of English and the instructions are in Italian only. Good breakfast with plenty of choice always replenished but there is nothing provided on the tables other than the tablecloth. You need to get you own cutlery, paper napkins, plastic cups, etc.. which is a bit of a let down given the type of resort. The beach bar is massively understaffed and struggles to cope with demand during in the evenings. The beach restaurant has great views and good food but they charge €5 to cook/warmup baby food and €10 if you want them to add a little vegetable or tomato sauce to it which I think is a ripoff considering they are already charging plenty for the adults' meals.

Lo mejor la playa privada

Lleguamos al medio día y nos hicieron el check in pero al momento de darnos la habitación nos dijeron que no estaba lista aún , que volvamos en dos hiras. Fuimos a la piscina mientras esperábamos y al volver , al parecer no habían ingresado nuestros datos y había que esperar otra hora más . Decidimos hacer día de playa y volver al anochecer , que nos dieron el cuarto , que era bastante básico para un hotel tan caro. La playa , la piscina , el desayuno y las piscinas , muy bien .

Servizi deludenti purtroppo!

Ero già stato in questo hotel e mi ero trovato bene, quest'anno però sono rimasto abbastanza deluso. Il personale è sempre gentile e fa quel che può, credo però che non venga messo nelle condizioni migliori per operare. Gli aspetti più negativi sono stati i seguenti: - intrattenimento serale per adulti praticamente inesistente, per chi decide di rimanere dopo cena non c'è nulla, tranne un paio di spettacolini in una settimana - personale delle pulizie che ti butta giù dal letto bussando alla porta ripetutatemente dalle 8,30; - servizio di cena estremamente lento nei primi giorni (fino a due ore per una cena completa), poi un pò migliorato per fortuna grazie alle critiche degli ospiti e all'impegno degli addetti alla sala; un grazie particolare va al direttore di sala Riccardo per il suo impegno e gentilezza; - a cena mancavano spesso i vini presenti sulla relativa carta, specialmente quelli a prezzi più contenuti! Una bottiglia di acqua di 1 lt la fanno pagare 3 Euro. - servizio di bar in spiaggia scadente, molto caro (due panini e una birra 25 Euro, servizio al tavolo 2 Euro), sprovvisto spesso delle cose che vengono proposte (ad es. centrifughe) - prezzi variabili a secoda dei bar o degli addetti che ti servono: ad es. lo stesso gelato l'ho pagato 2 Euro al bar della piscina e 2,50 al bar della spiaggia a distanza di mezzora, oppure mi è capitato di pagare la stessa birra (in tre giorni diversi e con tre addetti diversi) prima 6, poi 5 e infine 4,50 Euro.

Albergo in una bella location. Lo staff molto simpatico e gentile. Come ospite vegana ho trovato la disponibilita’ del cuoco eccezzionale e il cibo di alta’ qualita’. Non esiterei a fare un’alta vacanza in questa struttura! Unico problema: il wifi e’ abbastanza scadente.

Bellissimo villaggio con spiaggia privata

Bellissima location,con un paesaggio stupendo;un grazie alla cortesia e simpatia di Enrico il navettista e degli animatori Nicolò,Francesco,Marta e Francesca. Bellissima spiaggia privata,qualcosa da migliorare a livello organizzativo. Ci torneremmo volentieri Andrea e Laura da Milano
