The service from all of the staff, from the front desk to the ristorante to housekeeping was OUTSTANDING!! I felt very at home and at ease, everyone was very welcoming and made our stay the best of the places we have stayed in Italy!

The first thing that I noticed was how friendly the staff are. Always prepared to give advice which helped us a lot when visiting the region, the staff in the restaurant reflected this attitude too. The hotel was clean and spacious. I would go back.

Nice and clean hotel but a bit dated and isolated.

The hotel was qlean and the staff generous and helpful, but the room and facilities are in general a bit dated. The food in the restaurant was good which was lucky since all other restaurants in the area were closed when we were there in the middle of August, due to vacation. The pool looks very nice in the pictures, but in real life is not that exciting and it is located just beside a busy road so it's not that relaxing, although the pool bar was good.

The hotel itself was immaculate. The staff was amazing. The back area of the hotel which we overlooked included trash, standing water and open trenches. The air conditioning did not work. The checkout process was extremely long due to problems with their credit card machine. But the staff quality was so good, then any other problems were minor.

Checkig in and out was seamless. Upon getting to our room, I realized the shower had no hot water nor did the sink and shower could not fully turn off. I called downstairs and someone came up promptly to check then we were given another room. I do agree with one review re carpet in hallway. It really should be removed. The villa is archaic with some charm if you like fancy hotels this is not the place for you. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to get around the area--thank God we did! Ample parking on premises. Shopping (touristy) is 25 minutes by car. The villa is perfect for relexation and quiet. To date, they serve the BEST grape juice I have ever had--no complaints about the breakfast melons served were sweet and delicious. No AC issues and the weather at the time of our visit was mercilessly hot. I would stay here again for the charm and stillness of the area. Mr. Massimo and staff were both courteous and very helpful in helping us find shopping areas. Thank you Villa delle Rose for a lovely stay

Wir waren mit dem Zimmer und der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch für Vegetarier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Ich würde wieder in das Hotel gehen.

Sehr schönes uriges Hotel! Leider ist alles dort extrem hellhörig, so dass schlafen etwas schwierig ist. Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach keine 4 Sterne. Leere Sachen wurden auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Bene ma migliorabile. Purtroppo il bagno della stanza non era in buone condizioni, sul soffitto era presente della muffa bianca dovuta probabilmente a elevate quantità di umidità e una scarsa ventilazione, si staccavano anche pezzettini di intonaco.

Das erste Zimmer ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Der modrige und muffige Geruch im Zimmer war fürchterlich. Nach Reklamation erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Dies war sehr schön, frisch renoviert und sehr freundlich. Das Personal war zum Teil freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und der Service war auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich
