"A great hotel with huge sized rooms and nicely appointed. Very clean and quiet too. In a great location, but unable to pick-up / drop-off taxis or drivers outside due to being on a main road - had to negotiate alternative locations for taxis and drivers. When we stayed the hotel's restaurant / bar was closed, but we were able to have breakfast and drinks at nearby partner hotels - this was fine, however the staff at the other two hotels were quite rude. Overall however Art Gallery Hotel staff were very nice, and a great hotel once its restaurant / bar re-opens."

"Just when you think you are experiencing a five star hotel, Four Seasons comes along and makes them all look like three star hotels. Baku Four Seasons couldn’t have been nicer. Amazing warm and solicitous service, sumptuous room, perfect location just in front of the old Coty and facing the sea, fantastic restaurants. And all at a very reasonable price. Bravo."

"We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in June. We are a family of 13 people with the age range from 70+ to 4 months-old babies. We really enjoyed our stay :-) Great hotel with a high quality facilities. Large and comfortable rooms with beautiful sea view. Access to private sandy beach with umbrellas and service. Breakfast has good choices suitable for all ages. The key thing of this hotel is staff :-) Very friendly, super helpful. Especial thank you to Kamal at reception and Murad and Kanat at guest-service. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, especially for families with young kids."
