Foi muito boa. A casa é simples mas bonita, limpa e tem tudo o q precisa. Dá para ir caminhando e visitar os lugares. Tem cachorros que a dona prende se vc tem medo. O check-ing é pontual as 13.00 horas. Andreia é atenciosa e amável. Petrópolis é uma cidade encantadora. Eu voltaria!

PÉSSIMA ESTADIA

Foi uma estadia pessima, fomos mal recebidos, ficamos por volta de 1h30 no frio com crianças no carro, sem conseguir contato com o dono, o local é anunciado como pousada mas é uma casa que aluga quartos, o quarto que alugamos dizia que acomodava 8 pessoas e muito mal acomodava 5, foi uma experiência pessima mesmo! Cheiro forte de cachorro, 1 banheiro para todos da casa, não tinha geladeira ou frigobar, o quarto tinha muita umidade e um cheiro surreal de mofo, as crianças tiveram muitas crises de alergia, foi horrível mesmo, também não tinha garagem como dizia o anúncio! Não existia recepção, que dirá recepção 24h conforme anunciado, o valor anunciado é extremamente ABUSIVO confrontando com a realidade do ambiente.

Dentro da proposta nos atendeu bem ! Parte da limpeza eles dão muita importância . Pra quem vai a primeira vez a casa fica em cima , senha só portão ea mesma do wi-fi. Hehe

INSATISFEITA

A falha começou pelo número errado do local. Não é pousada, é uma casa velha, cheia de infiltrações por todos os cômodos, cheiro de mofo, sem privacidade, sem poder usar utensílios de cozinha, sem banheiro privativo (só tem um banheiro compartilhado por todos). O ambiente é limpo, mas o cheiro de mofo sufoca. Dormi com a janela aberta para tentar aliviar o cheiro de mofo. A proprietária envia um texto enorme narrando varias informações que a hoteis.com não expõe. Só não reclamei pq estava tarde e eu precisava descansar, caso contrário teria reclamado com a hoteis.com. NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM.

Razoável

Diz ser uma pousada, mas é uma casa que aluga os quartos. É tudo limpo e bastante cobertores. Não foi fácil localizar, pois não tem placa e o número fica meio escondido, por esse motivo acabei tocando a campainha de outras pessoas. Fiz a reserva para 4 adultos e 1 criança, mas não tinha camas pra todos. Tinha somente uma cama de casal e colchões no chão. Não pode usar o fogão e foram disponibilizados copos descartáveis. Não tem recepção, nem estacionamento e o telefone não funciona.

A verdade e a melhor forma de agradar ao cliente

Não e uma pousada, é uma casa de família q mora lá e aluga quarto e vc só pode usar microondas e geladeira compartilhada com eles. Acho q eles podem alugar sim mas mostrar a realidade para q o cliente decida se e isso q quer. Tem q pagar um estacionamento particular, pq se deixar carro na rua também paga mas se passar d 6h tem q tirar o carro ou recebe multa. A casa fica nos altos de um morro e deveria ser avisado pq nem toda pessoa sobe escadaria. Mas o ponto positivo e q fica perto dos pontos turísticos e dá para ir a pé.

A pousada é horrível! Banheiro compartilhado.. quando chega na véspera eles te mandam uma mensagem imensa para explicar onde vai pegar a chave etc, nunca atendem telefone .. não é nada profissional! Enfim, se quiser ter dor de cabeça, é só alugar um quarto/estadia pousada rosso. NÃO VALE UM CENTAVO!
