A fantastic place to stay

We stayed four nights here and had a fantastic time. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The spa and wellness area is world-class standard. The outdoor swimming area was fantastic and overall the whole experience was a great four days. They have a bowling alley and outdoor cinema one of the nights Which was great fun.

The organisation needs to be improved

We were there 2nd time. This time a room wasn't so cleas as the first time. It wasn't pleasent to have hair on the floor in a bathroom. Also shower were leaking so water could be everywhere. The rest like last time - the weakest point - the reception - English very poor, we booked a table in the restaurant - it wasn't arranged. Breakfast was very good and constant lack of plates and cups was iritating. Everybody was doing somenting but nobody was thinging about the overall. Organisation poor. Wellness absolutely great including staff and all facilities. For wellness I will come back.

Ubytovani na dobre urovni. Jako minus bych uvedl, ze snidane je v zamecku ubytovani je departmentu cca 150 m. Parkovani je take trochu s problemem i kdyz je zdarma. Welness je na dobre urovni, nevyhoda je jeden vstup za den.
