“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was a little tired. A big car park for about 14 cars was a big plus. The road system is a little complicated and busy, so advanced planning how to access the car park is recommended. The full English Breakfast was provided bang on time and was adequate. I would suggest that they introduce cornflakes, marmalade and any fresh fruit or yoghurts. We also had to ask for second cups of coffee/tea.”

“Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating. Room was super cute, well decorated, the bathroom was really nice, loved the shower and it was very clean. “Fantastic stay between Bath & Stonehenge. Surrounding towns provide tonnes of history, monuments and pleasant hills. Great carpark and good showers. It was an unusual hot night and the room had a fan!!! Great staff, I recommend.”

“Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. ”
