"Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben. Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen. Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt.. Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr."

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent (the spread and the service). The hotel location is also great and very scenic! "BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional."
