"Hotel is in a great location and lobby is cozy and an inviting place to lounge. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby was probably best part of hotel. Rooms were spare, unattractive, and mattress uncomfortable. On first day, left the room at 10am - never put “do not disturb” card on doorknob. ..."
