“The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonable for the price but very noisy (could hear rooms next door and in hallway) and they had mice running around in the ceilings. Great air conditioning and great location. Restaurant had too many menu choices - they should focus on the dishes they do well like the Amok and Lok Lak.”

“It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before.”

“This was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Southeast Asia in over two months of traveling so far. Just about everything was unsatisfactory. The stench from the toilet/bathroom was nauseating and would literally wake you up in the middle of the night it was so strong; there was a HUGE ant problem, to where they were in our bed, in our packs, crawling on us as we use the bathroom, etc.; there was loud noise intermittently throughout the night so that getting more than a few hours of sleep...

“The building may have been nice 30 years ago. There was no food available inside or nearby. There was an unplugged drink cooler in the lobby full of room temperature drinks. The lobby was 93F when I arrived. The rugs were stained in my room. The bed seemed clean and the air con worked. There used to be a sink in the all in one bathroom. The bathroom was visibly dirty. There was a new toilet with grout smeared across the original tiles. The only mirror was above the spot where the sink used to...

“the hotel receptionist did not allow me to stay there. i had paid the room with my credit card and charged the money for it. he said that this hotel does not have an account with hotels.com and they have not received any money from me. he said someone have made this hotels.com account in their name, as a scam, to collect money. i demand this to be investigated immediately, and i demand full refund immediately!”

“The staff were very nice and helpful, as were the other guests. I felt uncomfortable staying here as a woman, especially with my young son. This felt like an old brothel. I've lived in Cambodia for a long time, and my standards are quite low, but this was quite bad. Garbage laying around near our room. The place felt trashy. I will say that the air conditioning worked well and the room had a private bathroom. ”

The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around.”
