Since close to the main entertainment area for a bit noisy till about 12 midnight . But rooms seem to be surprisingly quite soundproof . No elevators so had to climb a couple of flight of stairs but staff helps with the luggage . "

The owner of the hotel tells me that it will take more than 2 days to fix the issue and that my money will be returned and that I should find a new hotel. This was a horrible problem due to the fact that it was New Years and there were very few options left. Add to that I'm still having to fight the charge months after the fact. "The building may have been nice 30 years ago. There was no food available inside or nearby. There was an unplugged drink cooler in the lobby full of room temperature drinks. The lobby was 93F when I arrived. The rugs were stained in my room. The bed seemed clean and the air con worked. There used to be a sink in the all in one bathroom. The bathroom was visibly dirty. "This is a very beautiful property a few km outside the city of Battambang. The rooms in the front are large, very high ceilings, with a separate seating area. And there's another large building with rooms around the pool with a restaurant attached. Food is good and inexpensive. All are decorated with Khmer bas reliefs and bright colors. One of the prettiest places I've ever stayed."

"Very basic but good value! Comfy bed. Close to Pub Street. No kettle or fridge but the can of iced coffee from 7/11 stayed cool overnight so we didn’t mind lol. We regretted the lack of aircon a bit but only because my husband is a large boy who runs warm. The fan was fine for me. "

"Adorable little homestay on the western side of Banlung only a short walk from the center of town. The bungalows are spacious, clean, and have hot water showers. They only serve on specialty for dinner: beef noodle soup, and it’s easily the best soup I’ve had while traveling Cambodia. Stayed for dinner both nights just to enjoy the soup again!
