Great location for the airport, beautiful grounds & lovely pool. A spacious room which was good value for money, limited dining options but fine for an overnight stay.

A cash deposit is required upon check-in. Neither the hotel, nor the site’s restaurants, take credit cards. That’s a big inconvenience if you don’t have cash. Finally, overall customer service was poor, given the high standard that other properties maintain.

An absolute hidden oasis close to the Phnom Penh Airport. Great room with beautiful gardens and pools. Excellent value as well .

Great place to stay near the Phnom Penh airport. Great facilities, clean, secure and well kept. The staff is not very friendly our accommodating. The reservation stated there was a free schedule to the airport and that is not true. The taxi ride cost me $10.00, this is twice what a normal service charge should be for Phnom Penh. Also expect to provide a cash $30 deposit that will be returned when you leave.

Very Nice Resort
Super nice resort. Comfortable beds. Golf cart shuttle to take you to and from your room. However would expect a hotel so close to the airport to have a free shuttle.

Tropical and beautiful gardens but....
The air conditioning in the room was not working well. It made a whistling sound. It was to hot to turn off. The lighting in the room is not great . The gym has no air conditioning so you can’t really use it in hot humid weather. Lastly the restaurant was out of most items we wanted......

Nice and clean but no airport shuttle as mentioned
This is a nice and clean hotel. I like it. The only drawback is that she doesn’t provide airport shuttle as mentioned. We needed to take taxi instead.

I must have stayed at the Bali more than 50 times, while working or passing through Phnom Penh, which should say it all. It is quiet, spotlessly clean and all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I choose it because it is away from the centre and close the airport which suits may needs. It is a small pocket of paradise and a stark contrast to its surroundings. About 30 minutes by Tuctuc or car to the Center of town.

This is a nice hotel where location is near to Phnom Penh airport. The bed is so comfortable helping me to have nice sleep. Will stay with them in my next trip to Cambodia.

とにかく最高でした。部屋が広く、ホテル内全体が南国リゾートの様相を呈しており、ホテル内をウロウロするだけでも楽しかったです。絶対にまた利用したいです。

Close to the airport and ~45min from the river and main touristic area(very busy). Cheap TukTuk trip there/ back and upon your return you will be in an very nice resort like setting. We found it a plus being away and relaxing. Good food. No wine but you can buy at the in site market. Spa services were ok for the price.

Nice rooms, way too far out of the city
A beautiful hotel but it should definitely be billed as a business hotel. It's right by the airport and a long way out of the city, the swim up pool looked amazing but we were literally only there over night. Beware the price of a taxi from the airport, we managed to haggle to$12 from $15 (US)

An hidden oasis in a busy town. Less than 2 km from the airport and we didn’t hear a thing! Beautiful plants and gardens.

Excellent stay. Excellent to spend one night before departing the next day. Unfortunately there is no shuttle bus to and from the airport. It cost USD 10 for one way.

The hotel has excellent facilities. The pool area was so nice with lots of lovely greenery and plants also right around in all the grounds. There were a lot of staff on hand doing many chores around the hotel constantly and were so friendly and always said good morning/ evening sir. The food in the buffet breakfast area and also the adjoining restaurant was very good. The room I had which had a king size bed was a huge room. The hotel is only a $5 or less in a tuk tuk ride from the airport. That was the only negative part about the hotel which you need to be wary of is that it’s 8 klms from the Riverside/ City. $7 in a tuk tuk. The location out in the poorer area is away from the city was the only let down but I guess it’s not really a criticism about the Hotel. Oh one other thing was we booked this hotel over others because my travel mate wanted the swim up bar, but 2 weeks there and it never opened.
