There is so much that this property has to offer. Location, cleanliness, view, nice pool, many offsite meal opportunities nearby.
Some things should change.
1. Room doors should automatically lock for guest security. This is an international hotel and automatically locking room doors is a international standard for guest security.
2. Safes are provided for guests to place valuables. Very important. But when an outside service person, like a plumber, comes to fix something a staff member should stay with that person in a guest room for security of guest possessions.
3. GM and OM need to be responsive to questions. At check out for 4 rooms 10 night the GM was busy and could not meet with me. I left my business card and asked for a call back. No call back has occurred.
I would stay there again. But hope that they address these issues for the international guests they serve.
My overall rating would be higher if management was not so hard to talk with.
