Helpful, warm staff

The staff at Manor House are wonderful. They are extremely willing to be helpful, once they understand what you’re looking for. The food in the little restaurant is cheap and good. Most of the clientele were young Europeans who were a bit loud but the staff kept everything on track.

Very professional anf super friendly staff. Everyone speaks a perfect english, I would definitely go back to this very good hotel. Very clean and also nice swimming pool.

Loved the pool area

Enjoyed our stay at Manor House. Staff were really friendly throughout. Cheaper rooms are slightly basic, but have everything you need and were comfortable. The pool area is fantastic, a little oasis in the busy city. Tuktuk drivers outside the hotel always were reasonably priced which was a bonus.

Nice little oasis in the heart of the city

This is a nice small hotel centrally located. I only stayed one night. The rooms are decent sized. I had one near the pool, which actually was pretty quiet. Many if not most of the guests seem to be middle aged Western gay men. The Cambodian staff were very friendly and helpful, which is what I usually experienced throughout the country. The food at the restaurant was rather good. The Wifi was a bit spotty, I think there may have been too many servers for this small property. I would consider staying here again.

Cute hotel with a pool.

Manor House Boutique is a very nice hotel, the staff is wonderful. Everyone is polite and very friendly. They always have a smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants and if you are like me it is walking distance (25 mins) to the Genocide Museum even the Russian Market. The prices for food are reasonable, a delicious breakfast is included and the happy hour for drinks is even better. The pool is really nice and they clean it every morning. I will definitely go back.

Lindo rincón de tranquilidad en Phnom Penh

Hotel pequeño, simple, ubicado en una zona tranquila dónde se destaca la amable y muy esmerada atención de todo el personal. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. Los espacios comunes son muy agradables y llenos de plantas. Tiene una pequeña y agradable piscina junto al restaurant/bar/desayunador ideal para una cerveza fría a la tardecita.

Nice hotel. Great location and great staff!

I really enjoyed my stay at Manor House. My room was big and very comfortable. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly and helped to create a nice atmosphere. The hotel itself was very cozy and the food was great!

不要使用保險箱 Not using their safe.

第一天進住時，櫃台親切教我們如何使用保險箱，告訴我們外出不要帶太多錢以免危險，所以我們出國旅行20多次，第一次使用保險箱。用信封裝的美金有1300元左右，大部分都是50*20*10等小鈔，每天外出拿80元出門，每天記帳。很安心也沒去算餘額，ˊ直到第五天早上，覺得為何信封變薄很多，結算之後，發現短少420元。朋友以為我記帳沒算好，但是記帳是我必做功課，即使少個20美金還有話說，420是大數目。後來找他們經理來談，我跟他說這事，他說通用密碼只有老闆跟經理持有，而他在那裏6年了，從未發生過這種事。而且清潔人員3人一組，一起進去打掃，不可能有這種事發生。最後希望送我一瓶紅酒壓壓氣，我不願意接受。原本對於這裡的人臉上都掛著笑容頗有好感，也有3隻小貓讓我開心，讓我不去計較常常出現的螞蟻雄兵，可是我再也不相信保險箱，也對於掉了420美金感到生氣。我有跟經理說我會在網路如時分享我的住宿經驗，跟所有要住宿此店的人分享，不要輕易使用保險箱。

Smart, Super Comfortable, Excellent Hospitality

Tucked away on a side street, with quick access to abundant eateries and the thrill of the throbbing PP city life is this gem--a bonafide boutique hotel that has maintained superb quality and service. Couldn't have asked for warmer, kinder hospitality. They even allowed me to chill at the pool and take a shower before catching an 11 PM flight. The eggs Benedict were sublime. The room was quite luxe by my standards. And their gay friendly ambience was a sweet touch. I strongly recommend.

This is a nice place to stay. The staff were very good and need to be fully appreciated from management. Nice pool and comfortable environment. We would go back.

Amazing experience

This was the second time I stayed at Manor House and my experience even better than 2016. The staff truly amazing...friendly, customer-orientated and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Manor House.

I enjoyed my stay

I stayed 2 nights. The Manor House is a lovely little boutique hotel, with much appreciated small touches in the rooms and good attention to detail. I enjoyed the pool. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and ample. Thanks for a lovely stay

Best hotel of a 10 week trip!

Our last 3 nights of a 10 week trip and this was the perfect place to end our trip. They catered to our every need and their tuk tuk drivers took us everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was perfect, pool and bar were perfect, room was luxurious for our budget. Staff could not have been nicer.
