화이트 맨션 강력추천합니다
방이 매우 넓고 천장도 높아서 굉장히 쾌적했어요. 뚜얼슬랭, 프놈펜왕궁 등 어디든 툭툭으로 가면 너무 가까워서 편리했습니다. 특히 조식은 정말 만족스러웠어요. 4가지 옵션이 있었는데, 기본으로 제공되는 음료, 커피, 빵 모두 최고였습니다.

가격에 비해서 그리 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔. 특히 종업원들의 교육이 잘못되어 있다고 생각
호텔 객실의 크기나 욕실의 규모는 맘에 듭니다. 하지만 객실에 전화기가 없어서 체크인 시 휴대폰을 주면서 필요시 프론트로 연락하라고 하였는데 그 전화기로 프론트에 전화를 하여도 잘 받지 않아서 직접 프론트에 다녀야 하는 불편함이 있었고, 호텔스닷컴에 세면도구를 무료로 제공한다고 되어 있었지만 직접 가보니 욕실에 없어서 역시 직접 내려가서 비누, 칫솔, 등을 꼭 집어서 요구해야만 하나씩 꺼내 주는데 매우 기분이 상했습니다. 적어도 비품을 욕실에 비치해 놓고 투숙객이 사용을 한 것만 확인하고 채워 주었으면 합니다. 또한 객실에 개미가 돌아 다녔습니다. 그리고 창문의 커튼을 열면 바로 일반집에서 정면으로 보여서 커튼을 열고 있을 수가 없었습니다. 조용했습니다

벙껭꽁 보단 주변에 편의시설이 적으나 호텔시설이나 방 아침식사등이 좋다 조금 아쉬운건 3일 잤는데 침대시트를 새거로 교치하지 않았다는 것

元アメリカ大使館だけあり、趣のあるホテルでした。 朝食も4種類から選べて、とても美味しかったです。 全体的に満足出来ましたが、問題点をあげると、部屋のシャワーの水量が非常に弱かったり、排水が悪い。 また、プールの水の水質が非常に悪く循環されてるのか疑問に思いました。 スタッフは丁寧で、笑顔絶やさず、非常に良かったと思います。

This was an amazing stay with some of the most friendly and helpful staff a hotel could have. I was welcomed every time I entered the main door, was offered help with many little requests, and for me the location was great because I love walking. It was 30-40 minutes from central market (I walk a lot) or about 10 minutes or 2 dollars with local taxi. They helped organize a local taxi (tuk-tuk) for 25 a day, and I used a regular taxi for considerably more, but well worth the freedom as I went solo to Seam Reap with the luxury of freedom.

The room was clean and has nice designs. Good a/c in room. The staff was friendly and informative. The pool was relaxing and my son enjoyed it. The cafe was good. I wish there was a/c in the lobby and hallway because it was hot.

The service is very good. The lobby and swimming pool are beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The lady is very, very nice and very patient. However, the hotel is an old house and the facilities in the room are a bit old.

This Hotel is incredible. The rooms are large, spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere and sense of caring. You really do not want to stay anywhere else.

Très bel hôtel installé dans une demeure coloniale typique. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Phnom Penh à pied. Le personnel est très serviable toujours aux petits soins. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du pain français !

The staff is very kind and helpful. The property is the former home of the U.S. ambassador and quite charming. There are a number of good dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

The boutique hotel was quite lovely with a wonderful cafe that had both traditional and Khmer offerings for breakfast that we enjoyed every morning while we stayed there. Our room was spacious and clean and would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend im (sehr schönen) Gebäude der ehemaligen US-Botschaft. Wir hatten ein extrem geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Zimmer hatte eine enorme Deckenhöhe. Zum Service: Top und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Von Tips bis zur Empehlung eines wirklich guten Zahnarztes (wir brauchten leider einen) wurde man perfekt umsorgt. Das Frühstück wird in einem angeschlossenen Café serviert. Man kann diverse Frühstücksvarianten von einer Karte wählen. Das bei allen Varianten enthaltene frische Baguette ist göttlich und nur mit etwas Butter schon ein Genuss. Das Unabhängigkeitsmonument ist fussläufig erreichbar, in der Umgebung gibt es auch mehrere gute Restaurants. Zur Flusspromenade kann man auch laufen, jedoch ist es ein bisschen weit. Vor dem Hotel warten meistens mehrere Tuk-Tuk Fahrer, mit denen für kleines Geld zuverlässig und sicher jeder gewünschte Ort besucht werden kann. Wir sind jeden Tag mit dem gleichen unterwegs gewesen, super netter Typ. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.
