“An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel.”

“Got there late in the evening after having made a reservation online. They said they didn't have any rooms left. I told them I had reserved online and showed them my confirmation but they kept saying they were full. They offered to give me a room for the following night which would have been useless for the night I needed. So I told them I wanted a refund since I had already paid online. At that point they finally took me to a perfectly useable room. I'm not sure why they didn't in the first...

“Hatte das EZ gebucht, Zimmer um 1200 noch nicht fertig, ok, nicht schlimm. Bei Übernahme überhaupt nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier vom Vorgänger noch im Eimer, WC nicht sauber, Wasserlachen ums WC, Ablage neben Bett klebrig, einziger Stuhl verstaubt. Nach Reklamation und nochmaliger Putzerei die Wassergläser dann auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es gibt keine Haken, auch nicht für die Handtücher, man kann rein gar nichts aufhängen, für den Preis ein No Go! Zu Beginn...
