친절과 세심한 배려를 해준 프론트 데스크 킴벌리에게 감사한다
스탭은 매우 친절하였고 전체적인 호텔 분위기는 깔끔해 보였으나 침구류의 청결이 완벽하지 않았다. 킴벌리라는 프론트 데스크 직원이 빠른 대처를 해주어 다소 불쾌감이 사라졌었다. 3박4일 머무는 동안 킴벌리가 특히 세심하게 신경써주고 배려해주어 이 호텔에 대해 좋은 인상을 간직하게되었다.

조용한 곳에 위치한 콘도 느낌의 편안한 호텔입니다 굉장히 청결하고 직원들도 친절하고 서비스도 좋습니다 호텔 조식도 간단하지만 알차게 구성돼있고 조그만 편의점도 있어서 아주 편리합니다 다만 위치가 도심과 좀 떨어져있고 도보로 갈 수 있는 식당이 없을정도로 주변이 심심한 곳이긴 하지만 자차나 렌트카를 이용한 여행이라면 차로 5분 이내에 식당, 마트등이 위치하고있어서 아무 불편함은 없습니다 주변이 주택가라 호텔이 아주 외지거나 덩그러니 있는 상황도 아니고 근처에 텍사스야구단 연습구장등 체육시설이 인접해있어 산책, 운동을 하기도 아주 좋습니다

Looks like the hotel needs a little updating. And at these prices, it shouldnt need anythi g. Lastly, there's nothing near the hotel.

Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen is showing a little wear but still was very good to have. Walls are thin and there was so much banging outside my room (next room perhaps) that I actually thought someone broke in to my room.

Family trip to football camp!
We had a great stay! Only thing the fire alarm blasted in the middle of the night, but they let us stay a couple hours after check out time. Breakfast had some quiche bowls that were tasty!

When we called to see if we had a full kitchen they assured us all the suites had a full kitchen. When we got there that wasn’t the case and they could not accommodate us with one. We were there to cook some home cooked meals for our 93 year old mother. Very disappointed!

While our suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, they do not all have ovens. We apologize that when booking, you were not completely aware of what our full kitchens were equipped with, as it must have felt disappointing not being able to bake while here. We have talked to the staff and have reminded them of the importance of being more detailed and asking more questions, ensuring we meet the needs and wants of our guests.Thank you again for your feedback; we hope to have you back again soon!

Wonderful place to stay☀️
Relaxing environment, wonderful sitting areas (inside and out), fantastic-free breakfast variety provided (The small hot breakfast quiches are delicious), clean pleasant environment. The employees were phenomenal; friendly and so helpful!! Our favorite place to stay in Surprise, AZ ☀️

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Accommodations were very nice. Most hotels offer breakfast, and Residence Inn was no exception. Where they differ is that the quality of the breakfast was outstanding - definitely a cut above the standard offering. Coffee was great.

We love the Residence Inn
We had to stay for a few weeks due to construction at our home. The Residence Inn in Surprise was a great choice. ALL of the folks that work here are super friendly. Our room had a kitchen which made things so much easier. They also have a hot breakfast in the lobby every morning. The beds are super comfortable.

No cold water. When its 114 in the shade it would nice to be able to take a cold shower or spalsh cold water on your face. I let the water run for ten minutes. Still no cold water! The front desk clerk upon check out was wearing a mask. He was hard to hear as I'm hearing impared. I would urge him to look at the most recent research on masking.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff and good breakfast. The one room suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It would be great for an extended stay. I was disappointed to find the pool full of leaves and some random trash blown in from the previous night's storm at noon the next day. I also had an employee key in and walk into my room without a knock or an announcement. He apologized and said he thought the room was vacant. About 45 minutes before checkout while I was getting ready for my flight I got a call from the front desk asking to access my room to change the CO detectors. I asked if it could wait until I checked out and they said that they were "limited on time but would try to do a few other rooms first." Not ok, so I just rushed out.
