피닉스 공항하고도 가깝고 주변에 식사 할 곳도 많지만 호텔에서 직접 요리 해 먹을 수 있도록 도구들이 있어서 좋고 방도 깨끗하며 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 단지 어쩌다가 카드키가 작동이 안되는 경우가 발생해서 카운터 방문을 해야 하는 불편함이 생가는 것은 단점입니다.

Our room smelled like old fish. The room was tidy but looked old and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed in years, there were drinks and peanut butter in the fridge that I assume belonged to the previous guests. The freezer had an ice machine that I wouldn’t trust eating ice out of because it looked dirty. Lots of homeless people in the area. It was a central location though, so there were plenty of restaurants and stores around.

Hidden fees
No where do they state a charge for parking. After check out I received a charge on my credit card for $12 for parking. I also was not informed ahead that my room would be next to two rooms being renovated the adhesive smell was so bad we had to leave for several hours for our room to air out. The place is in need of renovation so I am glad they are doing it. Warning before check in would be appreciated. Currently the bathroom fan is inadequate, the tub is rusty and the ceilings are in need of retexture. The bed is good but aged. The pillows are comfortable. Kitchen has a sufficient amount of dishes and cookware to make the place home for a week. The “free” breakfast is awesome! Real food: sausage/bacon, eggs, waffles and a bread selection

We stayed for four days, and asked for housekeeping service. No one cleaned our room or even took out trash or gave us linens the entire time. I called about it every day, and they said they would come every day and didn’t. I asked for the floor to be vacuumed because we had spilled some crumbs and they told me I could borrow a vacuum. I called and asked for towels, and they asked me to bring my towels down to the front desk to get some more. I am not really picky but I am annoyed that I spent so much money and didn’t get basic things done.

This hotel is nice in the lobby but rooms and tapestries need to be updated/cleaned. There were holes in the towels, bed sheets stained, couch was stained. The bathtub was rusty, the coffee maker appeared to have never been cleaned, there were crumbs in the silverware holder. The condition of the room appeared as no pride was taken in it.

When pulled out sofa sleeper there was a syringe on floor. Then we checked the bed and there was a pill under the fitted sheet.

Not what I expected
The kitchenette is a bonus. They have "security guards" who spend most of their time in the lobby. We had our car stolen in the back.They heard nothing. Do not to park there. Big signs they are not responsible for theft. they have NO cameras on property. Coffee great, breakfast offered so so. Would not stay there again. Emailed concerns and the stress of it all. They replied they will "discuss at their next meeting".

Nice place to stay
Great location close to freeways. Room was clean and comfortable. TV didn’t work at first, but a call to the frost desk resulted in a speedy fix. Grounds were nice, with a gas fireplace and pool area (not heated, so too cold to use this time of year). We stayed 6 nights and were told the housekeeper comes every 5 days (staff gladly exchanged used towels for fresh whenever we needed them) but the only cleaning was emptying garbages, bringing towels and running the dishwasher. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and bed wasn’t made, which was disappointing. Other than that, everyone was pleasant and helpful and a big shout out to Ms. Shirl who was so energetic, professional and hard-working. She was so pleasant we looked forward to seeing her each morning to put a smile on our faces. She keep the breakfast bar fully stocked and always asked if we needed anything. Loved that there were gluten free muffins and oat milk available each day and even vegetarian sausages one morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy access to I10 & HWy 60. So many fast food restaurants within 2 miles. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Check in was delayed several times. After finally getting in to the room there was urine and hair on the toilet seat. The bed was hard as a rock. The next morning the front desk person was no where to be found for 15 minutes(the breakfast attended was searching for her) and they didn't have the promised airport shuttle so they ordered me a shady ass Uber and then tried to charge me for the free parking

Overall it was a decent property. My biggest gripe was the noise. Between the motorcycle group that was there reving their bikes early in the morning and late into the nights and some people literally blasting a loud speaker with horrible rap music that shook the whole building for hours, rest and quiet was hard to come by during my stay. Just be prepared for the noises and surroundings of a busy city when staying here. I had no issues with the physical property or staff.

The staff were very pleasant but the rooms need work. Stains up doorjambs, lots of rust in the tub, dirty windows. The noise from neighbours was terrible. Bedding and kitchen was clean. I felt unsafe walking in the area (I stayed here because the outlet mall was a 7 minute walk).

Dissatisfied
Parking lot around perimeter was dark and had very poor lighting. The lobby area was dimly lit. The elevator at the extreme end of the Corredor took a long time -30 seconds for the door to close. The room thermostat was not working at all, even though it showed it was set at 67°, at 1 AM I woke up sweating, and it was like 80°. I finally end up shutting the thermostat off.

Very disappointed in this Marriott property!
We waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. We arrived at around 7:00 pm. The smell of marijuana was horrible and even woke us up in the middle of the night smelling it. The bed had hair all over the sheets, inside the bed!! had to change the bedding. Bathroom also had hairs in the tub. So gross. Very disappointing for a Marriott property.

We called the hotel while we were on the shuttle bus from the car rental back to the airport. The manager said his shuttle bus would be 20 minutes for the driver to get to the airport. He told us there wouldn't be a back up if we weren't there when the driver arrived. The bus ride from the car rental was only 10 minutes, so we felt this was sufficient time. We were on the bus for only 5 minutes when the driver called and said he was at the airport. We explained we were just about there. He said he had to go back to the hotel and he would come back to get us. We waited about 30 minutes and he never showed and never returned our calls. We had to call and Uber. The next morning the shuttle driver was not friendly. No greeting in the morning. He just walked by us and opened the van door. I tried to strike up a conversation and asked how he was doing, all I got was an abrupt, "FINE!" The night front desk attendant wasn't an overly warm personality either when we checked in the night before evening. The hotel room was okay. Not a lot of blankets on the bed if you like it cozy. Our toilet was plugged. The maintenance man was quite attentive and got it unplugged within the hour. In the meantime, I went to use the public toilet in the lobby and it was also plugged. Don't expect much for breakfast. Milk and yogurt are only available if you ask the attendant for it. Hot breakfast is just a chimichanga in a microwave. Fruit was minimal. It's close to the mall and restaurants.

Bedbugs - stay away
I stayed here for two separate nights, on both stays, it felt like something was crawling all over my body when I was trying to sleep. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were some of the cheapest feeling pillows I've ever laid on. On the second night, woke up to a bedbug bite, turned on the lights and saw a bedbug crawling around the floor.
