"Needed some maintenance. Noticeable water on carpet in first room from rain. Clearly known because sliding door was open in attempt to dry it. Room should not have been rented. When pointed out to hotel staff they found us another room. At least 3 whirlpools were not functioning."

"First time visiting Arizona. This hotel is beautiful! Friendly staff all around. Our room was facing the pool. The room is soundproof. We didn’t hear any music from outside. We had an amazing spa service. Absolutely loved our stay!"
