“The location and views are amazing. the unit is smaller than expected and a bit cramped. The dinning area is outside and during the heavy rain we were unable to use it. Also there are a lot of trucks going past and the unit is close to the road”

“Our door didn't lock for the inside so we slept with an open door all night. There is no security anyone can just drive in because it seem deserted. It took us 35 min to just find a worker to help us. There are many many flies in the cabins. There is a TV not connected to anything. There is no cell reception, or WiFi so if something goes wrong well your on your own. The place is extremely basic and you are basically paying for the view which is amazing. “Madeleine and Nereo were very helpful and welcoming! we had plenty of space and enjoyed the verandah with views of the mountain.We were close to town and could walk everywhere in Clarens. ”

“Brenda and George were great hosts, helpful, quick to respond and assist with minor issues like an adaptor. Room, with separate shower bathroom and kitchenette was comfortable, clean, well equiped and had nice decor. Excellent value for money. Had a great 2-night stay! ”

“Nothing to write home about. 1. I felt the driveway needs some fixing and the parking should be closer to the units, I don’t get why it is closed when that space can be utilized. 2. The shower heads were also not good enough as water flow was not fast enough or had the right pressure. It was spraying all over.”
